lol, she did not want a lift home,it handles very well it feels very stable at speed even in comfort mode,i agree about vw badge it looks a bit lost, its a lovely car but by no means perfect, just spent 2 hours today painting the rusty hubs ,sound familar.No ali pedals is one gripe,ordered them will be fitting them monday.

Yeah as long as the bonnet has not got any locating holes for the badge mind!

Thanks for the comments,i have just been to pick car up from dealers, had bluetooh fitted (parrot) with interface so steering wheel and stereo controls work (to a degre) lol,i also ordered some ali pedals and the dealer had fitted them for me foc, i was gobsmacked.
