tbh the way the bumper is stuck out I think u will be lucky for it to just go back to the shape it was

Well it's almost repaired. It's amazing what you can do with some hot water and a stick.

get a pic up when it's done, all that hot water and it should be clean too

The bumper will have to come off to get it perfect but it's a hell of a lot better than it was and has cost nowt.
