Can you upgrade your Infotainment system on a 2014/15 Leon FR?

The 2014/15 FR model infotainment doesn't contain the Android Auto so you are limited in what you can do in terms of using mobile phone maps and whatsapp on the screen.
I was maybe thinking of upgrading the head unit but I didn't want to end up with a sluggish unit or a unit where the side buttons wont work. Or isnt it worth the hassle?

I looked at Pioneer, but I think it had issues with seat sound. My 6.5" screen was cheaper and even the 8" second hand is. You get to keep the OEM look and know everything just works

Hi mate, do you have to buy the centre console trim or can you use the existing USB port in the glovebox?

You can replace the existing usb in the glovebox
