Cant auto scan??

Right ive finnaly got my VAG com working again but when i go to auto scan it throws up another screen (has company info and esc=stop run, on it) it then show ssome time counting down and fliks my ABS light on and off and TCS light and says address 2 then 3 etc. Any ideas?

Which interface? Which VAG-COM version? Which car?

autoscan runs through all addresses scotty, some you have others you dont (these are the ones that sit for ages trying to scan and get no response).
why use the autoscan when you just go into engine, brakes, central locking individually if you think you have a problem?

Its just what i was shown to do thats all and the last time it didnt run like that.
