Can't Work Out How To Put Photos On

Help needed I'm afraid. Just got all the finishing touches done to my Leon FR.
Not gone completely mad, but in my humble opinion she looks fantastic. Took some photo's yesterday after freezing my balls off washing her. But for the life of me cannot figure out how to get the pics onto SCN.
Can anyone help, not that familiar with photo software so please be gentle.

Upload the photos to somewhere like www.imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com, and then copy and paste the link in here with IMG tags around it.
