Hi Guys,
This may seem silly but im looking at purchasing some new cleaning gear for the car, I normally use stuff like Turtle wax shampoo and T Cut and Wax.

I have looked into and email Dodo Juice but they dont really do a starter kit, I know there is meguiars and AutoGylm.

What do people use to get their cars looks shiny and bling LOL

been in your position myself! and always am when looking for something new to try!
you will find that theres gonna be alot more to giving your car a good detail than you think lol!!

I now use Autoglym and have been very impressed with the results, I use:

Autoglym Super Resin Polish
Autoglym HD wax
Autoglym plastic & Vinyl care
Autoglym Alloy wheel seal

as well as the above:

Meguires clay bar,
Turtle Wax 'wet look' tyre shine.

a microfibre washmit, use the 2 bucket method, get some microfibre detailing cloths

below is the thread i made last week after using Autoglym HD wax, to give you an idea of the finish:

obviously there are lots of other products that will be recommend, but if you want to spend a reasonable amount Autogym sell some decent starter kits and then just top up as you run out.

cheers

Cheers andy, im a really fussy bugger when it comes to cleaning and i hate my car being dirty just a friend recommended dodo juice and didnt really know where to ask as i know its a personal choice really.

Will take a read into it and let you know how i get on.

Thanks again for your advice.

no problem mate,

dodo juice is good stuff, but again its personal choice some people prefer some products/brands over others.

I am like you, i like to keep my car clean and can get a touch OCD about it. i do it by hand every week but i can't justify splashing out £130+ on something like swissvax wax. so i go for Autoglym.
I find it easy to apply and more importantly easy to remove after the curing period.

I have used Meguires and they do some good products too

At the end of the day effort = reward, take your time over it andyou can get the desired/quality results
