That sounds more like a difference in circumference to me. There's no way you could affect the ride height by 3.6cm, that would be insane profile tyres and your speedo would be entirely irrelevant...
edit - it's actually diameter, so your ride height will be up by 1.8cm (radius being half diameter). That's probably thrown your speedo out a fair way as well

Also how do I measure how much i've done on each side, count the threads ?
