i should re phrase that, the part on the subframe that is moulded to fit the dogbone, not the actual mount itself and i deffo aint fat but seems to do it more with my father in who is haha

Mo... i had exactly the same problem with my coilies, You dont need to remove the wheels, today had to raise again due to scraping, all you need to do is get the front wheels off the floor, take steering lock off with key, then turn the wheel full lock, theres enough room to just get the 'C' spanner in, if you see the base of the threads on the leg, thats where i measured from, upto the top collar, i think itstoward rear of car to rasie hight both sides, you will see when you undo the locking collar which way it needs to go.

simply adjust 1 side, and measure from the points i said and repeat for the opp side and job done!
make sure you do the locking rings up nice n tite tho.

Hope this helps matey ;) p.s still aint done me skirts!!

Thanks mate

I ent done my skirts neither ! god damn them ........ when ever your ready, i don't mind popping down LESTAAAAAA

Tell me about it?! ......

Couple of things to say to you Mr Hussain.....

First of all this isn't Facebook..... you can't just make posts / comments in any random thread about completely off topic subjects, most forums have a introduction section, we at SCN (SeatCupra.net) have a lovely new member introduction section here:

http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=125

Secondly

u are too fat or going too fast

I might have put on a stone or two since being married but I still consider myself or at least my friends and family assure me, i'm more presentable then 60% of the retards out there

Now lets get to brass tax

hi all with the cupra r

Almost 98% of the people who post in this 'mk1 leon cupra / r' section have mk1 leons's......

any meetings in brum

We have a lovely section for local and national meets:

http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=7

and based on you being from what I regret my home town Birmingham here:

http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=284

wats ur bhp on the cupra r

You can see the specification of specifically my Leon cupra here in my readers ride tread:

http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=277598

While your in that section called readers rides:

http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=229

You can have a look at everyone else's who's created a readers ride thread, HOWEVER, in my 'signature' that picture of my Leon that shows up after every post, the 'BHP' is quoted, albeit in 'yellow' to deceive the naive, but it's there.

And lastly, you made a comment on another thread, which went something along the lines of:

hi everyone in ireland god bless u i am a paki from uk birmingham not from alam rock .... anyway can u tell me when u do ur cupra r gathring i would lov to come over .i have a black cupra r 250bhp i lov it ,it will be a nice trip down. thank u god bless ...

Here it is: http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?p=3546118#post3546118

Your posting in the Ireland meet, introducing yourself as a 'paki' and then saying 'not from alum rock, you really think 99.99% of the people in the Ireland section know what 'alum rock' is?

Let me finish by saying, I'm a Pakistani, from Alum Rock........ I don't see this as a bad thing I mean, I am a BSc Honours graduate in Computer Science, work as a Software Analyst for a FTSE 100 firm, my wife's a qualified solicitor from 'Alum Rock' too ........

If you hate your own skin colour, I suggest you go see someone as you might have some serious issue's

Finally please think before you make posts, don't stereo type people and where they are from, not everyone from a inner city slum is a retard, judging by your presence here so far, I'd much rather be who I am, from Birmingham, from Alum Rock then yourself.

My 2 Pence

BTT lads

Bro, thats epic, just for the record Im a Paki too, not from bloomin Alum Rock though lol

Moving on......

I've sorted it! I braved it out, done it myself first time and hey presto result! it now clears the speed bumps and generally feels nicer to drive. I must say it was relatively easy to do.

Now I need to do the rears, wheel one side is slightly higher, so I want to adjust that, is it the same principle at the back to adjust?

well said Mo :D

and theres no such thing as to low :ban:

I beg to differ lol
