Hi guys and girls im in a big puzzled state my ibiza cupra r mk 3 1.8t thats the 99 to 02 has the wierdest boost issue so ive changed the n75 valve twice just to be sure its not that maf been changed map sensor changed too so the problem i had was i got the car remapped boost only pushing 10 psi spoke to guy at remapping place he said the acuator werent opening and closing but when i pull pipe off it runs full boost 20 psi does this me the acuator aint working or the map on the car is not gd any advice would help thanks in advance reason im asking is if the actuator aint working why is it working when pipe is off?

I have read on here it could be actuator anyone know anything or had simular problem?

Which pipe are you removing to make the turbo produce 20psi? It sounds like a you have a vac piping issue rather than actuator/ecu issue.
