Owning a car has always been an expensive. More of a luxury then a necessity these days. Car finance, followed by insurance, mot, tax, fuel, repairs, servicing, toll roads, parking tickets, speeding tickets, on the spot fines, break down cover......the list is endless !

Car tax can **** right off!!!!! Straight sending a bill to the local council for a nd ****ing alloy!! Like a ******* mine field! Wondered why my steering was ****ed.

Right pissed me off. Might drive around with no tax and my alloy in the boot. N when I get pulled just show them this is why I ain't paying it! Lol

Seriously though, you get a letter and picture of the offending pothole/ crater, and you'll hopefully be able to claim for it, I've had a few customers from work take damaged rims and tyres away and they 'say' they get money back from local council...

True what you said there though, worked out the other day that i spend £1800 a year on petrol alone, and thats just to work and back lol

Think I worked out that my car costs are about 10 % of my total income.
