Central Locking/Door Problem

Tried searching and found no certain answer.

My central locking is playing up a treat when i get in the car start the engine the door lock straight away then i can constantly hear the system trying to lock again even tho its already locked, the switches to lock/unlock doors on the trim dont work only way is to take keys out and use the fob its really annoying as sometimes the car locks straight after i unlock so like a game of cat n mouse to get in!

Also i put my drivers window down yesterday and it wouldnt go back up at all for ages but eventually did!

Sounds like a control box failure or something like that?

Yeah check your window regulators for water. Happened to me, same symptoms.

i took the door card off and couldnt work out what i should be looking for! which is the regulator?

this happened to me, spray some WD40 into the lock switch on the drivers door. fiddle about with the switch, then once the wd40 has worked its way into the switch it should stop.

i did try the wd40 trick and its calmed down now was fine all last night but locked once this mornin!
