I have a problem with my passenger door lock too. Alarm kept going off, took it to the stealers, apparantly a problem with that door.
Two weeks later they replaced the lock. OK for a couple of days, then it wouldn't unlock sometimes, it got stuck half way when opening. Went back, they fixed it...... well temporarily until the door started requiring two pulls on the handle to open (from the outside??), then gave up completely. Went back in for its second service they fixed it then.... again only temporarily.
So hopefully fourth time lucky, perhaps they should just replace the whole mechanism this time, it might save them some labour charges on the old warantee.
