change speedo display colour?

ok this might be a stupid thing to ask but i was thinking about changing the colour of the decals ,spedo ect, is it as simple as changing the bulbs? or is it more involved? i fany it being blue and not red can it be done?

cant remember where i saw it but there was a guide - 4 leds(blue) were fitted to the dials and looked good - but involved taking the dash apart which im not keen on -

yeah im not sure weather to do it or not as normally if you take things apart they never go back quite right and get a bit creaky.

here's the easier and ambient style guide how to

the led's in the speedo are changeable but there are loads of very small ones and as the perspex layover is red you will need some screenprinting done to get full effect

I had done the complete dash LED conversion on my astra coupe. Its quite simple to do, the most ball ache is taking the dash apart to do it. You can buy kits on ebay for about £15/20

What wrong with red i think it looks great, or are you just wanting to try something different, could buy a secondhand set opf clock to try it on just incase you feck up urs

do ya think it could be done on the latest shape ibiza? i fancy the blue like a golf or polo, but it looks bloody complicated . . . .
