Changing fog light bulb MK2 facelift HELP!!

I'm trying to change the bulb on my front fog light and I can't get the housing off im stuck please help!

Rotate it counter-clockwise to release. The one on the other side goes the other way.

Please note that there is 2 plastic notches you have to push in for it to turn.

You've also reminded me that I need to fit my resistors for the led fog I have lol thanks
