Changing Heater dials

Hi all.

I'm sure I can guess the answer anyway but can I swap the basic blower controls in my 2016 se ecomotive technology with the climate control switch panel? Are the rear connectors likely to be the same and just a tweak with VCDS?

Any opinions on the matte would be great
