Hi All -

I've just got a Pioneer Avic F900BT for my Cupra -as oppose to the MFD3 unit. The unit has a 2gb Nand Flash memory.
I was thinking of changing it for a bigger flash memory - so I can upload music directly to the unit, instead of using an IPOD (like the 30GB MFD3.)

Has anyone done this - or know if it can be done??

hasnt it got an SD card on the front of it?

 Have'nt had a proper look at it out the box yet - but i will now !!

seperate subject but remember a post about someone wanting to buy one of these, does the steering wheel controls work and if you have bluetooth does the larger mfd display work with it??

How much are these? are they a face off unit or just stays in the dash? might be tempted to go for one myself!

got to say it is a good looking piece of kit and the seat rns is so hard to come by, interested to see what the new leon stereo will be from looking at the pictures from the facelift websites

I've ordered the Can-Bus for it - so i'm told the steering buttons will work.
Its being fitted next week - so I'll keep you posted.

They do stay in the car - though they do have some form of security built in them. Prices now are around £700.00 on-line.
- Though I purchased mine in January - Pioneer was running on offer for a Free IPOD touch (8gb) if you bought the f900bt - (this will go striaght on E-Bay when recieved !! I should recoupe £100 -£120 there !) PLUS - I got a 10% Discout coupon through E-Bay - so I ended up paying £630.00 and a free IPOD TOUCH !!:D
