i have a lcr nd my question is why does the turbo SUMTIMES chatter
i have 007 recurc valve nd forge down pipe nd neuspeed filter
started doin it mre recently hope sum1 cud explain cheers

check the vac pipe on top of the 007 for a split mate. will do this if there is

ive checked the dv and the pipe on top nouthing wrong any other ideas

take out the DV, push the piston up, press hard on the top nipple and see if the piston slips down, if it does, needs a service.

just done that mate drops 5mm then stops and when i take finger off it closes . it only chatters sometimes tho

yea at about 2700 rpm and like i said sometimes . usually sounds like darth vader is in the glove box but chatters prob twice a day.

I would say the spring is to stiff or it needs a good service.

could be the N249 failing?

N249 controls the vaccum to the valve so would make it open, chatter is the valve no opening in my opinion.

if the n249 is not creating a vaccum at certain times it would cause chatter as its not opening the valve

If its not working you'd have a N249 malfunction code logged.

Wouldn't just do it at low revs in my opinion, sounds like a sticking DV or stiff spring to me

spoke forge motorsport there sending me some shims foc they think because i have a miltec full system boost levels have incresed but i dont think it will work will have to see
