So we are talking about behind this fabric bit, the void in there.

I cut some rubber like this.

And pushed it in like this.

And this.

That's all I have done for now but I know the other part you mean that is only visible when the door is open.

It's helped a bit, but hasn't stopped the main gusty noise that sounds like it's coming from behind the tweeter where the mirror is, maybe I need to put more rubber in.

I don't think Coax would work BH. I saw someone on another forum use approximately 5mm diameter silicone pipe, which looked quite neat
