Hi every one. My LCR was running fine yesterday. Drove her for a few hours on A roads, back road twisty's and local stuff all fine and as expected.
Later on as pulling into a local car park she died on me, complete engine shut down. Re started her and had a constant amber check engine light on. Tried switching off and back on again, got the same. All temperatures were normal. Nursed her the mile home and checked for faults on liquid gauge.
Had the following codes,
16395- P0020 - A- Camshaft Pos. Actuator Circ. Bank 2 Malfunction
16705 - P0321. Ign. Distributor Eng speed Inp. Circ Range / Performance
16706 - P0322 - ign./Distributor Eng speed Inp. Circ no signal
Have had a quick search on here and so far finding info about G28 sensor and the oil pick up in the sump being fooked and or blocked.
Anyone any ideas what could cause all this at same time when she had been running so well with no previous codes?
She is currently sat on the drive going no where till I can sort this
Only other info I can give is that she has recently become a bit iractic on idle. Sometimes when for example, sat in traffic she will fluctuate on idle rpm and can feel the shaking in the car and steering wheel. Car has been fully super pro bushed but my thoughts were this wasn't right. Could this be connected?
Car is run on good quality fuel and fauchs fully synth oil not long changed.
