Afternoon all, another LCR in the Plymouth area!
I've been on the forum for a while, just I never really got round to posting things whilst owning my previous vehicles. So, new year new me bla bla bla.
Please do excuse the state of it, it has been a busy week for me but I can assure you the next post with pictures in, it will be gleaming!
So, earlier this week I purchased myself a Cupra R, possibly the best idea I have had all my life! The car itself has been in the area I live for around 7/8 years now, I kept an eye on it for a while as I set eyes on it and I wanted it, then as news travels so fast nowadays, I was informed matey was selling it and voila, purchase made.

The plate on it now isn't the original, it started off in life as MW03 ETE, then had 2 different private registrations on it before my ownership where I have been allocated (in my eyes) a pretty naff plate.
So, the car itself, as it stands at the moment I have done nothing to it, except for rinsed what can only be described as a naughty amount of fuel! Oh, and put a set of tyres on (I hope they last!) It's got a STUPID Clifford alarm, which was great fun on the first day or so as the images have rubbed off of the buttons so I had no idea what was what.

If anyone knows where to get replacement buttons please do let me know!
So, onto the exciting parts, I have a tonne of paperwork for all the parts purchased and mapping which was done at AMD, it is a stage 2 with approximately 280BHP (when the work was first done) but for anyone that knows the Plymouth area well I will be popping into AK Motors to have it rollered in the very near future! I will list all of the parts/specification at a later date, just want to get myself known first of all before I spill the beans and see who is interested.
It does have an interior mod, some S3 seats, not a terrible thing although the airbag light is permanently on so when it comes to MOT time I guess I will have to refit the original seats (unless anyone knows a bypass method then please do fill me in).

And so there we go, nothing massively exciting but its a pleasure for me to do this! More bits to follow
