Cleaning my pipe

No this isnt a link to the Britney Spears vid (available if you want it though) but has anybody else noticed how horrible the FR diesel exhaust pipes look after a while. Mines only 3 weeks old but already its starting to discolour. Any steel cleaner people could suggest will do nicely

Any old metal polish will do - or megs nxt if you're feeling flush

I use Autosol on mine, comes up a treat. Its in a silver toothpaste tube!

Autosol all the way with me to. quick tip tho before you wash the car spray some WD40 over the outside of the pipe. then wash the car as normal the WD40 will disolve any baked on tar which will save any scratching when you apply the polish works a treat

Autosol is fantastic stuff - not tried WD40 but def will do this weekend. I find an old toothbrush works a treat with the Autosol.....

I also use the Autosol metal cleaner. What also helps on the pipes as well as on the paint is Gunk Tar Remover.
