Cleaning the inside of windows what do you use?

Just wondering what you guys and gals use to clean your windows?
Mines are pretty clean for now but I noticed on my Dad's car there is a layer of dust on it and it looks unclear when you look out from the inside.
I was thinking of maybe getting some household window cleaner and some newspaper to clean it.
Any ideas?

Anoying window glare

having dirty interior windows has got to be one of the most anoying things to have. If not just simply for the sun glare. I used to simply use warm water and a soft cloth but after using various cleaning products from halfords i have obviously found better. The thing i notice about the cleaners is not how clean they make the window its how long they stay clean, from general use. Some seem to keep my window looking clean and glare free for a lot longer which is why i use them still today..

I've always used autoglym car glass polish. Seems to do the job well enough.

excuse me for my ignorance but just a question. i know i might get flamed cos im in the detailing section

is there any reason u shouldnt use regular household window cleaner, since a window is a window right???

My brother uses it on his car, cause i won't let him use my products (cause he never replaces what he uses). Hasn't done his any harm from what i can see!!

Water, splash of clear vinegar, synthetic window leather and a dry cotton cloth. Works for me. I only do them probably 4 times a year and they stay clean & no streaking.

Outside I use all the same products that I use on the body work, i.e. clay, polish and wax.

Mate works for RAC and i get "samples" of his window cleaning stuff.
It's really good stuff only needs one wipe and the glass is squeeky clean!
When i say samples 5 litres undiluted is a sample and a couple of new rolls, when needed

Yet to try the auto glym stuff but as i got a bottle for the grand sum of 50p in Halfrauds y'day gotta be worth a go normally i just use household stuff cos i'm lazy!!
