Has anyone got climair wind deflectors?
I got mine yesterday and there seems to be a problem with the passengers side. When the window goes up it gets caught on the deflector and the window goes back down! Does anyone know how to fix this?

Had the same problem with a set of G3 but on the drivers side. Used a file on the bottom edge to put a taper on it, no problems now.

Were they quite a bit out? On the drivers side the window closes but does scrape on the way up slightly

I think it was a case of the window hitting a square edge. With the taper on the edge there is less resistance and the window pushes the deflector out of the way. The way I did it was to start on the outside edge of the deflector and put the taper up to the inside by about 12mm, then it was a case of fine tuning until the window closed correctly. I hope this makes sense for you.

I have had mine for a while now and had a similar problem to start with.
First thing I did was follow the instructions about closing the windows a few times to get the window to close fully.
Once closed, don't open the windows for 24-48 hours to let them settle and bed in.

They should work a lot better then :)

I did take my passenger one off and lightly filed the inner rear lip where the window was catching by the B pillar, then wet sanded it to smooth it off and had no problem since.

Oh and some nail polish remover to get rid of the blue stickers...

Once they are bedded in, I think you will be very happy with them :)

I use the exact same configuration...for my e-cig holder too!!

Eagle eyes!
4 1/2 years vaping now and still loving it.
Drinks holder is the easiest place to hand. Fits in the cubby hole but gear stick gets in the way a bit too much each time I need a fix

How long have you been vaping for?

About two years but need to get off them! It was meant to be an interim measure................

That's good going, not to mention the health benefit and savings.
Obviously doing away altogether is better again and I plan on reducing my nic levels in my juice from my regular medium, down to a non nic juice and then see if I need to/ want to give it up altogether.

Climair deflectors are great OT

Turning this thread into a nicotine one but...I use Swedish snus. Try it. It's like nicotine in a little tea bag you put under your lip and it soaks into your gum, no inhalation. Gives you a 'backy rush' blows your head off sometimes depends on the strength of the ones you buy
