I can leave the car with the climate control on LO or any setting for that matter and when I return to the car and start the engine it will be on HI. Now, this doesn't happen every time, it is random, probably once very every 10 start ups. During the winter I thought this was due to the outside temperature being cold but it still does it on hot days when the interior of the car is roasting!!
