right, today on my wayto work, i had the radiator button on, fans on full and temp on HI, it was cold, but soon as i click the recirculation button and leave the radiator one on, the fans become alot stronger and does seem to get fairly bit hotter inside the cab, but nothing too hott. Could this explain anything???

by 'radiator' do you mean the front vent, or the windscreen blower?

also, why not just stick it on auto and let it do its job?

which button do you mean when you say the radiator one?
as there is no button which means radiator..

do you mean top left (windscreen blower)
or middle right (middle vents)

also, why not stick the climate control in AUTO and let it do its job by itself?

i see. well all the middle right (radiator) one does is blow the air out of the vents in the front of the dash.
up blows the air out at the windscreen, and down at your feet..

have you tried leaving it on auto, but turning off the aircon (snowflake)?
could be that the compressor is running even when you've put it on HI..
