clutch pedal busted need mor help please

hi my clutch pedal decided to hit the floor this morning on my mk3 ibiza 20vt i have taked the panels off to expose top of pedal and the only broken part ive found is a small white clip with a hole going through the middle of it not sure where it came from as it was sitting broken on 1 of the panels, looks like the clutch cable should pull through it though, how can i get a new one back into the pedal?

only a duplicate as i kinda finished the other one off and then ran into problems again so i made new one to get more assistance.

on the bit of the clutch with the bearing on the end that sits inside the piece of plastic that has blown up how do i get it to move as it is stuck in the clutch not engaged position (sticking out) and i cant push it back and forward with hands,
