Clutch Question when lifting and sound at neutral

Hello

my car is currently at 160k exactly, and the clutch does not feel perfect in my opinion. It hicks sometimes in rpms when coming up to the biting point. When driving the clutch feels perfect no form of wear.


rarely i hear a very very light knocking sound when in neutral, when pressing clutch it dissappears.

what to change? Clutch kit (plate) or flywheel?? Or both???
