Mine did this and I put a piece of rubber from a old exhaust rubber into the center of the rear exhaust hanger, kind of wedged it in. Bit if a bodge tbh but its been in months and stopped it.
Yeah its not cool. At the lights its pretty shameful, but under normal driving (obviously) cannot be heard. Nothing to do with the exhaust, its the stupid bolt that is on the bumper.
Big Eck are you lowered? Only saying cos your interested in the exhaust. But on lowered LCRs where the catback crosses over the rear beam, there is a high chance that it could rub. This is what we noticed when it was being fitted. But atm there is no rear beam vibrations at all (and im quite low), a little bit unsure why it hasnt rubbed yet as there was very little clearence.
