Coilover question...

Got some coilovers for the car... the strange thing is the box I got them in has Polo 6N (Mk4) on it

Took some quick photos... can see them at the url below - do you think these are for the ibiza and just boxed wrong?

Polo 6N will be wrong - the equivalent Polo ones are 9N mate!

What make are they?

I know the 6N ones are wrong but was hoping with the photo maybe we could tell from that if they'll fit or not.

Not from a pic, they look similar but wouldn't like to say without cross checking part no. on coilover with the website?

I ordered TA-Technik coilovers, but I don't think thats what I have.

The part number on one of them is RA-VWG1-SHA.

They wont fit. From the picture its easy to see. In the 6L the bottom of the front shock fits straight in the strut housing without any bolt.

Well... sent the photos of the coils onto the supplier who agreed they are Polo Mk4 ones and not the Ibiza ones I should have received - as if the marking on the box was not clear enough.

My new ones are on the way to me now, the ones I'm getting are EVO Coilovers.

so what else do you have to pay for now you have them, fitting unless you are a mechanic, then what else do they have to do?

Well I only really want to check if these will fit.

My mate is a mechanic and will then fit them, and then I'll adjust the ride height.

Yeah - my mate runs his own garage so that'll all be taken care of.
