Hey all...

posting on behalf of a mate as he is net-less at the moment....

A coilpack went on his car the other day. He drove for about a MAX of 15mins with the problem.

Do you HAVE to change ALL of your spark plugs because of this? If so, i assume its because of some kind of soot/deposits build-up, but surely this can be cleaned off?

He has been told this by RAC (i think)

Cheers

Nope you dont.

I had 1 go a couple of weeks ago and i pulled out the spark plug directly under the coil pack for inspection and it was fine.

Popped it back in with new coil pack and all is well:)
