Combination switch from ibiza MK5 to MK4

Hello! Does anyone have an idea if the combination switch from the Ibiza 6J work on the 6L? My car came without cruise control and I wanted to retrofit it, but here in Romania it is basically impossible to find an ibiza 6L for parts that has had cruise control from factory.

Any help would be appreciated!

I have a spare genuine cruise control stalk from my 6L if you want to buy it?
