Hello! So I have made this post last year. Then I did a compression test. It turns out that piston 4 is very bad.

Here are the results the service gave me:
1 - 13.4 Bar
2 - 11.4 Bar
3 - 12.0 Bar
4 - 7.2 Bar

I do not know how much it will cost to change piston rings but it is easier for me to keep the car.
Do you think I should get another car or should I fix it?

Edit: If I decide to keep it like it is, how long until the engine will die?

With the age and the mileage from what I can gather in the post you linked. It'd probably be cheaper just to buy a new car.

Whenever I hear or see the word compression test it instantly brings back memories of owning a Mazda rx8
