Hi guys,
Can't find Much Info on people fitting the cone in a box from jabba and any gains they noticed? Does it sound like a normal induction cone? Seems win win that it's in the enclosed filter box and coupled with a larger 160 intake I'd hope it would make some difference.

Or would a panel be recommended over it?

Ta :)

If i were replacing mine i'd go with the majority of this forum and get a green cotton replacement filter element. I wouldn't see how a cone in a box would make a noticeable difference to be honest!

No air filter alone gives large gains unless the standard setup is very restrictive. Every little helps and having a green panel filter over a standard paper one will surely have some benefits, and wont need replaced at every service

No benefits over a paper filter whatsoever.

And it'd take 50k miles before cost of replacing it becomes a factor

Oily filters can kill maf's, probably why most people go for the green panel filter as its the least oily / not oiled at all. I think I even killed a maf with a standard paper panel filter when it was still under warranty
