Confirmation of Wheel Paint Warranty

Hello All,

Okay so I have a couple of alloys that have lost lacquer and I heard there is some guarantee from Seat on this, but what's the criteria?

I had similar problem on my old mk1 LCR. They replaced all 4 wheels (or refurbed them) and also my brembo calipers as they had a similar problem...

The criteria would be that the rim in question would have not a single mark on it (like new) other than the fault with the laquer. also the car must have a full dealer service history. Even then I wouldn't hold your breath.

I think one of the wheels has a mark on it (previous owner) and car currently have Full History but won't after this weekend....

i have curbed my wheels, well one of them. and i think both fronts have got a little bit of peel, noticed when cleaning them the other week.

im not too fussed, im not going to pester SEAT about it, as i due to change the colour myself anyway to Anthracite Grey

hmmm i might have a pester. all my alloys are mint (misses aint allowed to drive it) and ive noticed that a spoke has a bit of laquer peel.its an 06 but worth a try
