Considering a Seat Leon Cupra 20VT

Hi guys,

Is there anything I need to look out for when buying a Seat Leon Cupra 20VT?

I've heard the water in passenger footwell is a common fault? im guessing that is sharing the same fault with the VW golf with respect to the pollen filter fitting?
