Don't sell it fella. You know what you've got and what need doing etc.

You might save a couple of hundred on insurance - but could easily be lost if the new motor needs a couple of tyres, service or breaks. You also have to remeber that to make a diesel cheaper to run you have to be doing over 12-15k a year, anything less and the difference will be marginal.

People sell old cars normally because they want something newer, and that reason is normally born out of the desire to get rid before it costs a packet.

Please think hard before jumping!
