constant clicking/ratchet like noise from front brakes

hello

i have a noise coming from both front brakes thats a clicking, almost ratchet like sound constantly and louder when braking. have recently changed discs and pads, does anyone have any idea what the issue could be? thanks

Maybe hand over a lot more info like your car' age and version/engine plus discs and pads fitted.

Might be a stone trapped in the caliper.
