Hi, I received my new vehicle three weeks ago; in general, I am satisfied, but there are several faults that the service center is currently unable to locate and take care of. I would love to hear your opinion.

1. After driving for about half an hour on an interurban road (110 km/h), the air conditioner stopped blowing air out of the openings; I could hear that the air conditioner works but no air comes out at all; I tried to change the settings of the air conditioner but without success. After turning off the vehicle and waiting, the air conditioner returns to work, but the problem recurs every time.

2. When I turn on the vehicle in the dark, sometimes a warning light about the lighting comes on, and also an error appears in the message center; I checked, and all the vehicle's lamps look perfectly normal and work properly, turning the car off and on raises this fault.

3. In the sound system, when I select the immersive mode, the sound sounds right in full surround, but after turning off the car and turning it on again, it seems that this mode is selected but not activated, further pressing the mode again activate it.

These are the versions of the systems currently in the vehicle:

I would love to hear if this has happened to anyone or any good advice on what I can do; currently, the service center cannot recover the problems and locate them and therefore does not offer any solution.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

I’ve never had any of these issues thankfully, but it looks like you are on the latest and allegedly greatest version of the software that has meant to have solved all of the problems.

Your AC is in AUTO - Is it possible the car interior has got to the set temperature and reduced the fan to minimum ?
Have you tried manually turning the fans up ?

I agree with Dean0, set the AC manually, for me is the best option.

I tried to change every possible setting, turned off the auto mode, and raised the ventilation to the highest level 7, but nothing helped.

What happens if you use the boost button near the headlight switch to give max flow to the windscreen ?

Unfortunately, it stays the same, I hear the air conditioner working, but no air comes out of nowhere.

Update: After driving with a specialist from the local service and his laptop connected to the car computer, we could locate the problem.

After traveling 20 kilometers at 110 km/h, the air conditioning computer unit no longer transmits electrical voltage to the fan and slowly goes out of sync.

Now all that remains is to hope that the replacement part will arrive quickly and the replacement will go smoothly without new problems.
