Coolant Leak from Hose (No idea what the hose is)

Hi, i have a coolant leak and have found the source of the problem, i have a hole in one of the hoses that sits below the turbo.

It connects to what looks like the heaterbox outlet.

Pictures are attached of the hose and where it connected to as i need to source a new hose from somewhere but i have no idea what its called or what the part number is for it.

Does anyone have any idea what it is?

You could always invest 7-50 Euros and look it up yours self. Like having the Haynes manuals.... but lots of info. Feels like the sponsor. Only downloaded Ateca stuff... see Ateca link for login.
