Any have a decent pic of the exhaust system on a corby 16 sx, i need a pipe replacing, its the one before the cat that starts to go upwards. Is it the downpipe? cheers.

few on there depends on year and engine code, match the year and M'no for engine code
just a note some original downpipes are cat combined in one and the replacements usually a bolt on flange to the cat to make it fitable without dropping the subframe
thats a downpipe assy (2 into 1)
i wouldn't have said it was uber-expensive
as bosal list it there it will be available aftermarket at many exhaust centres and motor factors

reccommend new gaskets too
256-909 gasket
713-257 downpipe
256-940 seal
get it apart first then you'll know if any issues or bolts etc required too
i'll check at work for bosal prices tomorrow, give you an idea if it helps ?
it looks like my downpipe must have snapped then been bodged back together (previous owner obvo) lol but there still a gap in it where its been put back together, a kinda big gap lol would this have any consequences on my fuel consumption by any chance and slight lack of power?
if it's blowing it won't help either but you'll get a right racket from it too but the joint does have a gap as such anyway mind as it seals on the washer itself and doesn't close flush
look for black soot marks as obvious signs of blowing or cup your hand round to feel any escaping gas BUT note the pipe will be VERY HOT !! so careful
pm me ya reg number so i can double check all the parts as there is a chassis change etc too
sorry ye, it's a reference online catalogue site only sorry, they do an export list once you find what you need, print off and toddle off down the local franchise etc
prices will vary locally as there is no fixed retails etc but i'll list em up and get you a rough idea etc though
