don't know where the built quailty comes in with vauxhall? i work for them and i fink there crap! the 1600t ant the best?
can get a map for it as well, gen aproved vauxhall one aswell with 3year warranty.

plus your not buying a vauxhall you getting a fiat punto? with a VX engine that only work (aluittle i might ad) when you rev the nuts off it!! same as the Vtec. the VVT is miles behind Toyota's set up as on the vx it makes you have no low down torque! I would have the Seat over a VXR (other than the VXR8) any day.

well there you have it opinion of the man with the most experience. We have to remember that the beeza is a generation or two behind the corsa so not a fair test. Our current beeza to the same gen corsa shat all over it :D

you dont have to rev the arse off it to gat good power :headhurt:.

and we will see how long mine lasts

so in standard form what would the vxr belike compaired to the fr on

1. track
2. twisty country road
3. straight line
4. top speed

I would presume standard to standard the VXR would win 1, 2 3 and 4.

BUT how would a standard vxr be up against a modded fr or standard cupra petrol or diesel,
i would still prefer the fr or cupra diesel due to mpg would be double the vxr's but still managing to keep up

a modded fr could be 400bhp or 160bhp  but if just mapped imo it would be a too close match to opinionate on who would WIN would depend on driver ect!

but imo the corsa is just hiddeous and its not vag so my opinion is bias the beezer all the way!
