could Hesitation be caused by Tip leak?

Hi all,
Im on a quest to find my hesitation at max load. I found some oil around the standard Turbo inlet pipe.The oil is where it joins to the metal pipe and also where the metal pipe joins to the turbo.
Could this leak be causing my car to surge then hesitate at high gears when car is under most load?
p.s car is an octavia vrs, and the hesitation only started after remap.

sounds like a mapping prob if its started from after remapped.take it back and see what they say

It is not a map problem as this map has been used many times on ecus with no problems.
Extra pressure could be put on hoses which would eventually leak and cause hesitation due to maf not reading correctly and under fueling. imo
