And also, this morning I know it was very cold, but as I pulled away the car hesitated quite badly. Had to rev it up a few times before trying to pull away. If I did pull away it really struggled, since then it's been fine. Could this be the maf?

im not 100% sure but 312 are certainly the right size... you can get brembo disks from GSF for not a bad price...

when you say it hesitiated, was it more a missfire? or just a lack of power?

It felt like a lack of power. Had it missfire a few months ago-coilpack so I know what they sound/feel like. It felt like it was struggling to get enough air in, it would rev freely when not trying to pull away, until I engaged the clutcth then it hesitated.
