cracked exhaust manifold

Found a crack in my cupra r exhaust manifold, it's on the turbo port connection port, runs around 5-8mm.

What are my options? I need the cheapest option really as the I need to change the turbo as it's cracked and my water pump needs doing. Asked a welder and he said it might be alright and not crack anymore, he said welding it on such a point might make it worse.
