cracked roof

hello guys,long time after last login
still have my "grey one".
today noticed hairline crack on my roof-piece between sunroof and pillar. anyone noticed anything simmilar?

I've seen it many times on Mk7 Golfs and Arteons. You'll need a new gloss black panel. Not a cheap job I'm afraid.

I was shocked to see crack on both sides. Would it leak or just cosmetic? Anyone on forum replaced the panel?
First will try contacting carglass guys to see what they think about fixing with resin(just like they fix windshield).
