oh i wish that was the ending, far from it im affraid, turn back the clocks 2 years, blocked oil way :) 2 years on, blocked oil way :)

whats the chances the same shiete can happen to the same guy twice?

I know where theres a whole mk2 ibiza 16v you could probably have for about £300, if you were interested in sticking another engine in. Strip it for parts but keep the engine and you'll easily make your money back.

i dont know whats best to do, so gutted! whats the odds on this happening! lol. i cant afford to do anything, just purchased my house so money is not about! lol

Damn houses, they ruin everything. Would be a shame to see a rare topaz broken. The guy with the ibiza was talking about breaking it, just the engine on its own would be cheaper.

She's too good to break mate, how come the oil way blocked up again?

If you can't afford to fix her then sell her as a non runner.

Failing that lock her away until you have the time/money to sort.

this is it, i dont know what to do, i want to go see the engineering company, listen to what they say, although, its done 20k since rebuild, but come on, gotta last longer than that.

i was doing a trip to plymouth, checked all oil, water ect before going, all fine, got there all fine, on the way back, flicked through the computer, oil temp wa 102'c, scary seeing as i had an average speed of 49mph and didnt go over 60mph, pulled in, water had seemed to pressurized itself back into the header tank, nearly full, fan wasnt on either, oil pressure was 2 bar idle as engine is warm, and when revved went up to 5 bar as per usual.. all this with a horriable clatter, ahh jeez, cheers for that

damn it sam :(
that is so messed up mate, don't break this, such a nice mk2 mate!!!!

hope the company admit to messing up or something, and it is fixed mate :)

just went and had a look at the beeza again today with my uncle which is mechanic, he suspects its crank again, so same as last time :D oh the joy, the oil light is now flashing, and there is only 1 bar of pressure now, but oil is still topped right up?.... mork? lol
