Cruise control error

Hello.
I have a Seat Leon Cupra 5F 2015 manual. When I change gears, it sometimes gives me a cruise control error. It usually happens when I shift more aggressively, but it is not a condition. I have already changed the paddles under the steering wheel and the clutch sensor on the clutch master cylinder.
What could be the error?
I also have OBDeleven at home, can you advise me on what values to monitor to find the error?

Are you certain that the old sensor was faulty ?
It may be a wiring issue that is triggered with some small movements in the wiring under aggressive gear changes.
Did you check with OBD11 whether it records a fault ?

You’ll likely find there’s an engine fault causing your cruise control issue. Cam magnets is a common one but there are many others

The sensor was not faulty, but I tried changing it because Ai advised me to
It doesn't show any error in the error codes via OBD11 or VCDS

Can you advise me what specific values to monitor in OBD11 in Live data?

I’d start by checking the brake/clutch switch signals and the live data rather than replacing more parts. Since it happens more often during harder shifts I’d also inspect the wiring and connectors around the clutch master cylinder and steering column for an intermittent connection. With OBDeleven log the clutch pedal status, brake pedal status cruise-control request/status and any steering-wheel button signals while reproducing the problem. Most importantly scan all control modules for stored or intermittent faults immediately after it happens not just the engine ECU. The exact fault code would probably narrow this down much faster.

Thanks, I'll try that. The problem is that it doesn't show the cruise control error anywhere in the memory. I'm still scanning all the control units.
As soon as I turn the car off and start it again, the cruise control works
