I just realised the other day, when i was at the ol' maccy d's drive thru that i had no cup holders, they are usually in the dash but i have heated seat controls on one side at the top and airbag on/off light and heated screen button on the other.

i was wondering if there is anywhere where i could fit one or if there is a place that they fit from the factory, as standard, the car has everything, apart from cup holders, a little thing but it feels bare knowing i dont have any now lol.

i was wanting them to look standardif i could fit them so i want after any of those ones that fit on your door between the window.

Anyone have any ideas??

lol, never actually realised that lol. good point.

on the other hand though, you could say that when its cold and you have a hot drink, the heaters keep it warm lol.

Other day I thought what a bad design the cupholder is - it is sat in front of vent so when its a cold day and your on hot air then your cold drink gets warm!!!

And all of us with brain cells have hot drinks on cold days and thus it keeps them warm, good design you see :)

Not necessarily true not everybody drinks hot drinks just because it's cold! Just the other day I had a cold drink in mine and had to turn the hot air off despite it been only 4 deg outside!

I had a bad experience with my coffee from Maccy D's... a few of us met up there on the way to Volksfest Wales summer before last and I hadn't finished my coffee when it was time to leave... a few roundabouts later, my climate control display was dripping and I had a puddle in the centre console :(

i never use my cup holder, having it just above most of the electrics in the car, radio, climate control etc just asks for trouble.
you can also get condensation from the drink (esp cold ones) running back along cup holder down the back of the radio.

place you can add some aftermarket ones are:
between front seats on top of plastic bit behind handbrake,
between handbrake and ashtray,
or if you open the glove box its alredy got a sort of cup holder, if you add something to this its an option.

i wouldnt recommend between your legs...
