cupra 210 temp problem

right heres the problem my temp gauge shows car sat at 90, never over heats or under heats cant get fans to kick in at all but they do work been tested, so we changed temp sensor and thermostat, have noticed bottom pipe to rad is cold when top one is hot ....would this seem like a air lock ,,any suggestions please

Do the fans come on at high speed occassionaly?

fans work perfect turn my air con and fans kick in slow speed turn air con off and fans go off... fans been tested and fan control module been changed aswell so im thinking air lock bad new thermostat or water pump failing

I think if it was the water pump you'd see the temp gauge rise above 90.

Yea my water pump went last week an it rose well above 90 an very quickly too
