Cupra 300 Brake Pad/Disc Replacement DIY? Local Garage?

Just had it serviced, same place as last year (branded VW dealer). This year they didn't even mention the front brakes / heat spots, or the "binding" on the rear wheels. They weren't lying last time as they showed both things on the video but I'm going to assume neither is that important if they didn't even notice or bother mentioning them this time round. They did however mention that they had no record of a brake fluid change, despite literally them doing it last year

Did mention the rear pads are about 80% worn but I knew they were getting there, will look to get them/discs done soon. They quoted £620 but will shop around. Have noticed a slight noise from the rear when turning tightly so hopefully replacing pads/rotors will sort that (and the binding they mentioned last year).

I can highly recommend the ATE Ceramic pads. They make a major difference in brake dust without the sacrifice of brake power. I drive my Cupra normally (no track days etc)

Can I ask where you sourced your pads from?

I'm looking to put these in my Cupra R ST, also is there somewhere to check the correct size pads I need for my Brembo brakes?

13.0470-4833.2 is their ceramic version for the front Brembo 370mm brake.

Technical Information

Technically it is possible to combine ATE Ceramic brake pads with the PowerDisc or with perforated brake discs. The braking power with such a pairing is the same as with an original ATE brake pad or OE brake pad. However, when the two components interact they can generate more noise in braking. ATE Ceramic brake pads were developed for comfort-oriented drivers. We therefore recommend using them with normal brake discs, i.e. smooth ones.

Rear axle:
ATE Ceramic: 13.0470-2887.2

I paired them with Zimmermann drilled discs and they work great. Always double check before you order btw! I have the 340mm setup front and non-e-brake calipers in the rear (manual handbrake)

Your front 340mm brake is the TRW caliper.
Pricey_Jnr was asking about his Cupra R ST with 370mm Brembo caliper.
So these would be the wrong part numbers for his car.
